Craig Press founded Profectus Inc. in 1993 with the commitment to provide professional consulting services that help printing and packaging
organizations. Craig has over 35-years of experience in the printing and packaging industry with extensive experience in management, business
processes, lean office, estimating, order entry, customer service, operations, production, cost accounting, inventory, and information technology.
Throughout his career Craig has consulted hundreds of small to large organizations throughout the United States and Canada spanning industry
segments including commercial, packaging, label, digital, wide format, sign, screen, in-plant operations, newspapers, publications, industry
associations, and software providers.
Craig’s credentials include over 25-years of experience with management information systems evaluation, selection, purchasing, implementation,
marketing, training, and even software design and development. Mr. Press held top management positions while working with systems including Vice
President of a popular industry software company and MIS Director. He frequently speaks and provides seminars for industry groups and trade shows,
and writes publications and articles for the Printing Industry of America, NAPL, American Printer, Graphic Arts Monthly, Printing Impression, and
other industry publications.

Diane Bennett, Senior Consultant
With more than 24 years of leadership development experience, Diane Bennett has coached hundreds of business leaders to peak levels of performance,

Victoria Copeland has invested over 30-years of solid marketing communications experience helping

corporate branding initiatives, internal communications programs, customer satisfaction programs, major

Press, Senior Consultant
Manuel Press maintains over 58 years of printing industry experience. He has worked in all facets of the
industry including executive management, operations, sales, estimating, order entry, purchasing, billing,
customer service, and production.
Manuel dedicated 30 years as Vice President of the Art Litho Company, a distinguished fortune 100 web and
sheetfed commercial printer serving the Baltimore/Washington corridor.
Mr. Press has played a key role in organizational restructuring, equipment investments, pricing strategies,
and the development of cost rates and production standards. He is also a specialist in the bidding and
printing process of 21 regional U.S. Government Printing Offices. Manuel has been involved with the
selection and implementation of custom and packaged business management software on several occasions
throughout his career.

Rod
Jones, Senior Consultant
Rod Jones, President and founder of Rod Jones and Associates is a 45 year printing industry veteran. For 20
years he served as personnel manager for two of Western Publishing Company's divisions.
Mr. Jones served as the President of the Printing Industry of Florida for 20 years, where he assisted
hundreds of Florida graphic arts companies.
He has conducted attitude surveys that have helped printing companies identify their strengths and
weaknesses. Finding solutions to problems that have substantially increased the profits of clients. His
effective performance review methodology encourages company staff to work to their full capabilities.
Because he has worked with small and large companies, Mr. Jones can relate to any size problem.
Rod has written numerous employee handbooks and developed company policies and practices customized to
client's needs. Training and employee relation programs created by Mr. Jones are in use throughout the
